It is open to all businesses within financial services and based on activities over the 2017 calendar year.
This category assesses initiatives within the business such as flexible working arrangements, child care initiatives, equal pay, training and career development, taking into account the benefits to the individual, as well as the tangible business benefits to the company as a whole.
