With more than 20 years’ experience in HR, Mary is passionate about realising enterprise value and growth by creating an exceptional employee experience. Mary joined REA from Campbell Arnott’s where she was the Vice President – Human Resources for Asia Pacific for eight years, and worked in a variety of senior HR roles with Campbell Soup Company both in Australia and the US.

Camilla is a Director at Perennial Investment Management Limited and was the Managing Director of their active ETF boutique, eInvest, between 2017 and 2023. Camilla is also a Director at Perennial Private Ventures GP LP Pty Ltd, governing Perennial’s venture capital limited partnership.

Over the twenty years she has been with the Perennial Group, she has been an integral member of the team marketing, promoting, building and governing the Perennial business.
In 2017, Camilla also founded F3 – Future Females in Finance. F3 aims to foster the next generation of female talent in financial services through education, providing great career role models, demystifying careers and providing practical work experience. In 2022, F3 was awarded the Women in Finance Community Program Award, for its work developing the pipeline of talent in finance.

Camilla is a Fellow of FINSIA and is a Director on the Abbotsleigh Foundation and Metis Technologies, and is the Chair of the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee.
Camilla holds an MBA (Exec) from AGSM and was the recipient of the Michael Page Scholarship for her strategic year.

A passionate advocate for women in business, Joanna has also been recognised as Principal of Year (WIFA), Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs and Top 100 Female Mentors.

Michelle is an ambitious and inquisitive individual interested in effectively utilising behavioural psychology, behavioural economics and ethics to gain insight into what drives human behaviour and decision-making. She has an academic background in Psychology and Neuroscience and also works within the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I) and Ethics fields.

Larisha aims to redress the economic injustice that Indigenous women face, empowering them to achieve financial wellness and economic independence. Her role has led to immense personal and professional growth, opening doors she only dreamt of as a child. Larisha is also a Self-Concept and Mindset Coach focusing on self-concept and mindset motivation.

Motivated by her family, community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and women, Larisha finds great reward in hearing their stories and being a part of their learning experience. Her career highlight to date has been leading First Nations Foundations’ Indigenous Women’s Financial Wellness initiative & Hosting her podcast Rich Blak Women, developed with the vision of long-term financial prosperity for all Indigenous Australian women, and intergenerational wealth transformation across Indigenous families and communities.
